Born from a little downtime and a lot of curiosity during the industry strikes, Camtec’s custom Chosen Primes are an experiment in optical character. By rearranging lens elements and changing their spacing, we gave each focal length its own distinct personality. Effects range from pronounced softness to subtle image stretching and swirling bokeh, with varying degrees of intensity across the set. These lenses invite you to test, explore, and choose the character that suits your story.
